3. Understanding contractor account types
Contractors have two separate accounts in Beakon:
- Contractor Employee account – for individual contractors
- Contractor Company account – for administrators to manage the company and its employees
Note: Each account has a unique username. Ensure you are using the correct username for the account type you need to access.
