Uploading a document
Who is this article for?
Contractors that want to learn how to upload a document.
No elevated permissions are required.
This article explains how to upload required documents such as insurance certificates and licences through your Beakon dashboard.
1. Locating the document submission area
To find the document upload area:
- Go to your dashboard.
- Locate the My Documents to Submit dashlet.
- Find the required document in the list.
- Click Add.
2. Uploading your document
To upload your document:
- Complete any required fields in the form.
- Upload the document file.
Note: In almost all cases, Beakon does not approve or reject documents. If your document is rejected, a comment will accompany the rejection explaining the reason.
3. Understanding the approval process
Once you have uploaded your document, a manager will review and approve it if required. You will be notified of the outcome through the system.
