If your document has been rejected, a representative or manager from the client company has provided a reason for the rejection.
1. Understanding the rejection
When a document is rejected, the client company representative or manager typically includes specific instructions about what needs to be corrected.
Note: Beakon does not approve or reject documents in almost all cases and cannot make changes on your behalf.
2. Resubmitting your document
To resubmit your document:
- Review the rejection reason provided by the client company.
- Make the necessary corrections to your document based on their instructions.
- Upload the corrected document to the system.
