Troubleshooting missing induction results

No elevated permissions are required.
If your induction results do not appear after completion, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
1. Refreshing your dashboard
To refresh your results:
- Close the induction page.
- Refresh your dashboard.
Your results should now appear. If they do not, proceed to the next section.
2. Capturing evidence of completion
To document your completion:
- Re-attempt the induction.
- Take a screenshot of the results screen.
- Ensure your score or completion statement is visible in the screenshot.

3. Submitting a support ticket
To request manual verification:
- Submit a ticket to Beakon Support.
- Include the screenshot of your results.
- Include your personal details.
- Include your client portal name.
- Include the name of the induction you attempted.
The support team will manually override your score in the system.
