Troubleshooting an empty contractors or employees list

Contractor company administrators that can't see their contractors list.
Contractor company administrator access is required.
If your contractors or employees list appears empty, the issue is typically caused by active filters that are hiding records from view.
1. Understanding the filter system
The contractors list includes filter boxes above the main display area that help you search for specific users. When filters contain values, they restrict which records appear in the list. If something has been left in these filters, clearing them will ensure all records become visible again.
2. Clearing the filters
To reset the filters and display all records:
- Click Clear to empty the filters.
- Click Search to search again.
This should bring up all records, unless there are simply no employees created yet.
3. Checking the user status filter
In some instances, the User Status is automatically set to Active. If you are looking for inactive users, you need to change this option.
To view inactive users:
- Locate the User Status filter.
- Change the status from Active to your desired option.
- Click Search to refresh the list.
