Who is this article for?

Contractor company administrators that need to assign a learning to a contractor employee.

Contractor company administrator access is required.

This article explains how to assign a learning or induction course to a contractor employee in Beakon.

1. Navigating to the contractor's page

To access the contractor's page:

1. Click the Contractors tab at the top of the page.

Note: If you do not see the learning assignment button in later steps, some client instances do not have this feature enabled.

2. Locating the user

To find the user:

1. Click the Clear button to clear any existing search filters.
2. Enter the user's name in the search filter.
3. Click Search.
4. Locate the user's name in the list of search results.

3. Assigning the course

To assign a learning or induction course:

1. Click the box with the book icon under Learning.
2. Click the Assign New Course button.
3. Select the course from the list.
4. Click Save.
