Reactivating an inactive contractor employee

Contractor company administrators that need to reactivate a contractor employee.
Contractor company administrator access is required.
If a contractor employee receives an error message stating their account is inactive, you can reactivate their account through the contractors page.
1. Understanding the inactive account error
When an employee's account is inactive, they will see an error message preventing them from accessing the system.
Only the account administrator can reactivate the account.
2. Navigating to the contractors page
To access the contractors page:
- Navigate to the Contractors tab at the top of the page.
3. Locating the employee
To find the employee's account:
- Click the Clear button to clear any existing search filters.
- Use the search function to locate the employee.
4. Editing the employee profile
To open the employee's profile for editing:
- Click on the employee's name in the search results.
- Click the Edit button in the profile.
5. Activating the account
To reactivate the employee's account:
- Locate the Status field.
- Change the status from Inactive to Active.
- Click the Save button.
The employee can now access their account.
