Sending induction reminders to employees
Who is this article for?
Contractor company administrators that need to send a learning reminder.
Contractor company administrator access is required.
You can send email reminders to employees who have incomplete inductions, prompting them to finish their required learning and upload necessary documents.
1. Navigating to the contractors page
To access the contractors page:
- Navigate to the Contractors tab at the top of the page.
2. Locating the employee
To find the employee:
- Click the Clear button to clear any existing search filters.
- Use the search function to locate the employee.
3. Sending the reminder
To send the reminder:
- Click the checkbox next to the employee's name.
- Select Bulk Actions.
- Click Send Reminder.
The system sends an email to the employee's email address containing the list of inductions they need to complete and documents to upload.
