Transferring contractor company profile administrator access

Contractor company administrators that need to transfer access to their company profile.
Contractor company administrator user access is required.
If you are leaving your position and need to hand over the company profile, you can update the account details to transfer access to a new administrator.
1. Understanding company profile access
The company account is separate from an employee account. Updating the account details does not transfer authority but provides access to the company profile. Each company can only have one administrator profile.
Note: In some specific cases, you may have a field called admin users in the profile. If you have this field, you can select multiple administrators by choosing the users' names. Otherwise, the one company account is the only administrator account.
2. Updating the company profile details
To update the account details to a new administrator:
- Log in as the contractor company account.
- Click on the profile information (your name or company name) on the top right side corner of your screen.
- Below the name on the top left, click on the word Edit (do not click the dropdown arrow next to it, but the edit button itself).
- Change the email address (and other details accordingly) to the new administrator's email address.
- Click on the Password tab at the top of the profile page.
- Update the password.
