No elevated permissions are required.

Your subdomain is required to log into the app and can be found in your account setup email.

1. Finding your subdomain in the email

Your subdomain name is located in the URL within the New Account Information email that contains your username and password.

The URL format is au.beakon.io/SUBDOMAIN, as shown in the image below.

2. Using your subdomain to log in

To log in to the app:
