If you receive a reminder notification for a learning or document you believe you have already completed, there are several reasons why this might occur.
1. Checking learning completion and due dates
When you receive a reminder for a learning you have already completed, verify the completion and due dates to understand why the notification was sent.
To check your learning dates:
- Review the completion date shown in your learning record.
- Check the expiry date for the learning.
Note: You might have completed the learning previously, but if it expires in a few days, you will receive a reminder. You can redo the learning to extend the expiry date.
2. Resolving document reminder notifications
If you receive a reminder for a document you have already uploaded, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- Pending approval: If you have uploaded your document and it is pending approval, wait until it gets approved before the reminder will stop.
- Approaching expiry date: Check the document expiry date. If it is approaching, you need to upload a new document to extend the expiry period.
