Creating a document config, certificate, or licence
Who is this article for?
Administrators that need to create a document configuration.
Administrator access is required.
This article explains how to create a document configuration and assign it to relevant skills.
1. Creating the document config
To create a new document configuration:
- Go to the Document Config Module.
- Click Create in the top right corner.
- Fill in the Initial Settings.
- Click Save.
2. Assigning documents to skills
Once you have created the document configuration, you need to assign it to the relevant skills.
To assign the document to skills:
- In the next panel, locate the Skills table.
- Click Create or select an existing skill.
- Tick the skill or skills that require this document.
- Click Select.
The selected skills now require this document.
3. Configuring document requirements
To configure the requirements for the document:
- Open the specific skill.
- Locate the document under the Documents panel.
- Click Configure.
