No elevated permissions are required.

This article explains how to reset your password if you have forgotten it or need to change it for security reasons.

1. Resetting your password

To reset your password:

1. From your login page, click the Forgot Password button.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Check your email for a password reset link.
4. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset.

Note: If you use the same email address for multiple Beakon profiles, you will also be asked to enter the specific username of the profile you wish to reset. See this article for more details: Resolving the multiple accounts error when resetting your password.
